What I expected
Monitor arrived in good shape, with supplier foam packing, not the manufacturer packing. This type of packing is probably better than the manufacturer (and more expensive).

HP Model W2408H Computer Monitor
The HP W2408H monitor is beautiful. I replaced a 19″ monitor with this 24″ unit. It was a snap to install. I used the menu on the front to set my preferences.
